WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING: All orders over $200 will ship FREE (USA only)! Any other order will have a flat rate shipping cost of $5. International shipping is a set rate giving you the option of regular shipping or expedited shipping at an additional cost. ALL orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days AFTER your order is opened (unless you email stating you'd like your order to be held). Please be aware that some of products require mounting but will ship no later than 8 days after opening. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order!
RETURNS/REFUNDS: ANY item that requires an oyster opening or a bomb/fizzer cannot be refunded! Once an order has been placed and your items have been revealed, there is no returns or refunds. Please make sure to read the item descriptions on all products you plan on ordering. If you choose to open any oysters at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made for discoloration and/or poorly shaped pearls. If you choose to open any bombs/fizzers at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made after your item has been fizzed. You agree that these bombs/fizzers are NOT bath bombs - please do not use these in your bath!
DAMANGES & ISSUES: Once you receive your order, please inspect it immediately and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours by emailing midwestpearlsandgems@gmail.com! If this applies, we want nothing more than to make it right! All jewelry that requires me to mount the pearl will have a 30 day warranty. Please take care of your pearls. Any pearl item should be the last item to put on and first item to come off! Do NOT wear your pearls while using perfume or hairspray and remove jewelry before washing your hands. Never wear while in the shower or bath!
REFUNDS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed and posted.
COLORED PEARLS?
Yes! These pearls are 100% naturally made by the oyster, however during the process, dye is introduced which allows the nacre that builds up around the grain of sand that eventually turns into a pearl helping it produce its color!
ARE YOU AN MLM?
No! We are a family created and owned business. We are not a business that hires consultants.
