MIDWEST PEARLS & GEMS: Return Policy
REFUNDS: ANY item that requires an oyster opening or a bomb cannot be refunded! Once an order has been placed and your items have been revealed, there is no returns or refunds. Please make sure to read the item descriptions on all products you plan on ordering. If you choose to open any oysters at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made for discoloration or poorly shaped pearls. If you choose to open any bombs at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made after your item has been fizzed. You agree that these bombs are NOT bath bombs - please do not use these in your bath!
DAMANGES & ISSUES: Once you receive your order, please inspect it immediately and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours by emailing midwestpearlsandgems@gmail.com! If this applies, we want nothing more than to make it right! All jewelry that requires me to mount the pearl will have a 30 day warranty. Please take care of your pearls. Any pearl item should be the last item to put on and first item to come off! Do NOT wear your pearls while using perfume or hairspray and remove jewelry before washing your hands. Never wear while in the shower or bath!
RETURNS/REFUNDS: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed and posted to original payment method.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
RETURNS: You have 14 calendar days after you receive your package to return your item(s), unless it is a final sale item. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns. To be eligible for a return, your item(s):
- Must be unused and same condition you received it
- Must be in original packaging
- Must be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
REFUNDS: Once we receive your package for return, it will be inspected and must meet the return requirements for a refund. If your return meets these requirements, you will be notified by email with a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable; this cost will be deducted from your total return amount. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to be processed and posted to original payment method used.
EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: We are unable to offer exchanges on any item(s). We do not offer cancellations once you've placed an order. You would need to return your item(s) once you receive within 14 calendar days.
